Semiconductor Processing Company has been purchased from Umicore USA by one of it's former
owners. The company will continue with it's commitment to precision wafer and bonded wafer
manufacturing while expanding capacity in it's polishing area. Our goal is to form a competitive, agile
business able to produce common or exotic semiconductor products.
